“POWER WEDDINGS” on June 25 & 26, 2005 at Powerplant Mall’s latest
venue for special events: The New Rockwell Tent @ The Plaza. The venue is
merely ten steps away from the mall itself and it is fully-air-conditioned.
1. Cost of our regular space is P12,500.00. For this
amount, we will provide you with a regular space area (bare) of 2 x 2 square
meters; please refer to the attached initial layout re space of your choice,
subject to verification of availability;
2. Should you wish to have a bigger space, simply upgrade provided you
inform us immediately. Rates are quite reasonable.
 We
have another bridal event on October 15 and 16, 2005: “WEDDINGS… GET SET…
GO!!! Year 3 at The Loft@Rockwell Management Center along Estrella
corner Rockwell Drive ( The coziest and most elegant venue for a bridal fair
);
If you join both fairs, (as a new supplier), AWP offers TEN PERCENT (10%)
discount for those who will join on both events; We have a very relaxed
payment scheme. To compute:
o If you will only join in June, that’s P12,500.00 only for the lease of
exhibit area;
o If you join both in June and October = cost of our regular space is
P12,500.00 per event (2 days/event ) = P25,000.00; Less: 10% discount
(P2,500.00 ) for the two events, you only pay P22,500.00!!! Simply pay up
the amount of P11,250 then prepare four (4) PDCs amounting to PDCs amounting
to P2,812.50 EACH, dated (2005) July 15, July 31, August 15 & August 31;
7. We will promote our projects on radio, print and television as
effectively as we can. We already have EIGHT (8) ¼ spots on Inquirer and
Star for media planning in June ( If you want media mileage, you may opt for
sponsorship) . Pre-event ads will also appear on print and at
Weddings@Work.com, the # 1 wedding website in the
Philippines, immediately after receiving this letter. You may also visit us
